When building an LED fixture or replacing a bad power supply, it is important to first verify that the output voltage is compatible with the LEDs voltage. LED products with built in current regulators will usually be pretty good about specifying what input voltage should be used. For instance, a 12V power supply would be used with our LED flex strips as that is what they require.
Another common application is using high power LEDs with constant current drivers that require a DC voltage input. Say we have six Cree LEDs running off . Each LED runs at about 3.1 volts. With six of these our total voltage in this series circuit would be 18.6VDC. Typically, low voltage drivers like the work better if you have a small cushion over the voltage they require. For this setup I would use a power supply outputting at least 24VDC. Note that you should always make sure the low voltage driver in use is rated for the voltage you want to input. can take 9-56VDC so we are all set in this situation. Also, be sure to make sure the power supply you select can handle the input power you have. Line voltage will change depending where you are in the world. Make sure you know whether you have low-line AC power (90-120VAC) or high-line AC power (200-240VAC). A lot of power supplies, such as Mean Well products, will be rated for the full range but it is always helpful to know your AC input and make sure that the power supply you use is suited for this.

Power Supply Operation
LED Power Supplies convert the source or line voltage of your space to either 12 or 24V DC needed to operate your low-voltage LED strips, LED Bars, or LED Panels. Power Supplies, also known as "LED Drivers" have a rated input voltage and output wattage. We reccomend limiting your load (the sum of the wattage of all the lighting connected) to 80% of the output wattage of the Power Supply. All residences in the US have 110/120VAC line voltage circuits for lighting, but certain commercial spaces have 277VAC lighting circuits. Verify that your Power Supply is rated for 277VAC input voltage if your space requires a 277VAC compatible Power Supply. TRIPLE CHECK YOUR CONNECTIONS before powering up a power-supply, inadertently feeding high voltage to a low-voltage LED strip will cause them to fail. Certian power supplies use the European standard for wire coloring: Brown is Line/"Hot"(Black in US), Blue is Neutral (White in US), and Green/Yellow is Ground (Green in US).

1) Q: Can I have a sample order?
A: Yes, we welcome sample order to test and check quality. mixed samples are acceptable.

A: Samples need 2-3 working days, mass products need 3-5 days(According to your quantity.)
3) Q: How do you ship the goods and how long does it take arrive>
A: Express ( DHL/UPS/ FedEx/ TNT). Air or Sea shipment is available depends on your need.
It usually takes 3-5 days to arrive except Sea transportation.
4) Q: How to precede the order if i have logo to print?
A: Firstly, we will prepare artwork for visual confirmation,
and next we will produce a real for your second confirmation,
if mockup is ok, finally we will go to mass production.
5) Q: How to deal with the faulty?
A: Firstly, our defective rate is less than 0.2%, so there is no big problem to the lihght.
Secondly, we usually offer 3-5 years warranty for our lights
Tirdly, duringthe guarantee period, we will resend new lights with the new order for small quantity,
if there are many lights don't work, we can repair them, then resend them to you.
